A: EBNY Insurance Services, Inc. has open access to every market and insurance carrier and performs an annual review of each provider. We are not a captive agency, nor do we have sales quotas. We strive to find our clients the best pricing on the market – often beating even the state insurance plans. I’m starting a small business, what insurance lines should I consider?

How often should I review my insurance policy?
A: We generally review our clients’ policies annually, but sometimes more frequently if changes occur within the group. We provide this consulting service free of charge. With the changing dynamics of insurance in lieu of recent healthcare reforms we will educate you and insure that you are covered under the optimal plan for your business.
Can I switch health insurance carriers before my renewal date?
A: You can get out of most plans before your renewal date, as long as it is a unilateral agreement. Most often, your insurance carrier is bound to you, but you are not bound to them. At EBNY we make switching insurance carriers seamless and easy.
What fees do you charge for this service?
A: We work in two different capacities. We are paid by the insurance carriers directly or are hired as insurance consultants. Either way, the initial consultation is always free.
